Return & Exchange Policy<\/h1>\n

Since most of our products are manufactured or customized according to customer specifications, the following Return & Exchange Policy has been established to protect the rights of all parties.<\/p>\n

1. Custom-Made Products<\/h2>\n

All products that are manufactured or customized based on a customer\u2019s request cannot be returned or exchanged once the manufacturing process has begun, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error caused by AMA Furniture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Exchange Eligibility<\/h2>\n

Customers may request an exchange in the following cases:<\/p>\n

  • A clear manufacturing defect is found in the product.<\/li>\n
  • The delivered product differs from the specifications agreed upon.<\/li>\n
  • Damage caused during manufacturing is discovered before delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In such cases, AMA Furniture<\/strong> will inspect the product and take the appropriate action, which may include repair or replacement, based on the assessment of our quality control team.<\/p>\n

    3. Cases Not Covered by Return or Exchange<\/h2>\n

    The Return & Exchange Policy does not cover the following situations:<\/p>\n

    • The customer changes their mind after confirming the order or after manufacturing has begun.<\/li>\n
    • Damage resulting from misuse or negligence.<\/li>\n
    • Improper use or failure to follow product care instructions.<\/li>\n
    • Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, fire, or use outside the product\u2019s intended purpose.<\/li>\n
    • Minor variations in color shades or appearance resulting from lighting conditions or display screen settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Product Inspection Upon Delivery<\/h2>\n

      Customers are advised to inspect the product upon delivery and ensure that it is in good condition and matches the requested specifications.<\/p>\n

      If any issue is identified, customers should contact the AMA Furniture<\/strong> team as soon as possible, clearly explain the problem, and provide photos whenever possible to help us resolve the matter promptly.<\/p>\n

      5. Warranty<\/h2>\n

      AMA Furniture provides a warranty against manufacturing defects according to the product type:<\/p>\n

      • Dupar Products:<\/strong> 3-year warranty.<\/li>\n
      • Metal Products:<\/strong> 4-year warranty.<\/li>\n
      • Wood Products:<\/strong> 5-year warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or use that is inconsistent with the product\u2019s intended purpose.<\/p>\n

        6. Company Inspection Rights<\/h2>\n

        AMA Furniture reserves the right to inspect any product before approving a repair or replacement request in order to determine the cause of the issue and identify the most appropriate solution.<\/p>\n
