At AMA Furniture, we are committed to providing high-quality products that are carefully crafted to meet our customers’ needs. Since most of our products are manufactured or customized according to customer specifications, the following Return & Exchange Policy has been established to protect the rights of all parties.

1. Custom-Made Products

All products that are manufactured or customized based on a customer’s request cannot be returned or exchanged once the manufacturing process has begun, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error caused by AMA Furniture.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange in the following cases:

  • A clear manufacturing defect is found in the product.
  • The delivered product differs from the specifications agreed upon.
  • Damage caused during manufacturing is discovered before delivery.

In such cases, AMA Furniture will inspect the product and take the appropriate action, which may include repair or replacement, based on the assessment of our quality control team.

3. Cases Not Covered by Return or Exchange

The Return & Exchange Policy does not cover the following situations:

  • The customer changes their mind after confirming the order or after manufacturing has begun.
  • Damage resulting from misuse or negligence.
  • Improper use or failure to follow product care instructions.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, fire, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
  • Minor variations in color shades or appearance resulting from lighting conditions or display screen settings.

4. Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the product upon delivery and ensure that it is in good condition and matches the requested specifications.

If any issue is identified, customers should contact the AMA Furniture team as soon as possible, clearly explain the problem, and provide photos whenever possible to help us resolve the matter promptly.

5. Warranty

AMA Furniture provides a warranty against manufacturing defects according to the product type:

  • Dupar Products: 3-year warranty.
  • Metal Products: 4-year warranty.
  • Wood Products: 5-year warranty.

The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or use that is inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose.

6. Company Inspection Rights

AMA Furniture reserves the right to inspect any product before approving a repair or replacement request in order to determine the cause of the issue and identify the most appropriate solution.
